Try Before You Buy

tinypose offers a free tier that allows you to generate watermarked preview portraits at no cost. This lets you evaluate the quality, pose, and likeness of the AI-generated portraits before making any purchase.

No Refunds Policy

Because every user has the opportunity to preview their results for free before upgrading, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on Starter or Premium tier purchases.

When you upgrade to a paid tier, you are purchasing access to full-resolution, watermark-free versions of portraits you have already previewed in the free tier.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing your purchased portraits (e.g., generation failure, missing files, or account issues), we will either:

• Re-generate your portraits at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund at our discretion.

How to Report an Issue

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at contact@tinypose.co with your account email and a description of the problem. We will respond within 2 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem. If an exception refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
